Client Bill of Rights
Care is about more than meeting daily needs. Every WellPath client and family can expect these rights — every visit, every day.
Dignity and respect
To be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect at all times — regardless of age, race, culture, faith, ability, or background.
Privacy and confidentiality
To have your personal information, home, and affairs kept private and confidential.
A voice in your care
To take part in planning your services, to have your preferences and routines honored, and to request changes at any time.
Choice and consent
To accept or refuse any service, and to make your own decisions about your daily life.
Clear, honest pricing
To know the cost of services before they begin, with no hidden fees and no surprises.
Trained, vetted caregivers
To receive support from caregivers who are screened, trained, and supervised — including oversight by our Service Supervisor (RN).
Safe, reliable service
To depend on caregivers who arrive as scheduled, follow your authorized service plan, and work within a non-medical scope of practice.
Prompt communication
To have your questions answered and your family kept informed, with observed changes reported promptly.
Freedom to speak up
To raise a concern or complaint without fear, and to have it addressed quickly and fairly.
Freedom to change
To change caregivers, adjust your schedule, or end services at any time, in line with your service agreement.
